Power Brake Booster
And I also had that in mind. That bring beer events type of thing.
VC great, I will be in touch. Most probably week end coming??
well - we'll have to consult my diary there ol' pal!!!!
it can get rather hectic at my place on weekendS!
So, consult that diary then, Let know a few options. Thanks.
Chem have you checked your F.I.C.D solenoid valve?
If it’s not making 100% connection it could be your problem with the stalling!!
he did the wise...
and threw it in the dustbin.
It is in the dustbin! And the aac valve is also there in the dustbin.I went the VC route. Which works fine. Just need to sort this idle drop thing out. Also I want to make it clear, that the idle drop is not a mere 200 RPMs drop, no it is a drop of 500 rpms' down to 200 rpms, and then hopefully from there back to default.
Yesterday, I closed the bov completely. For a moment it looked like the bov is not closing in time. I know, my bov is not of the greatest quality on earth. Then I reset the TPS again, but it looks like the bug still persists.

foggit - i'm glad not so many people know where i live...
agg foggit - lots of people know where i live!
dammit!
VC, wel, well, well. I closed the BOV yesterday. SInce yesterday the idle drop is sort of gone!!! I will however drive with the sx today to further monitor the situation. I will let you know. For a moment I say the bov piston is not closing in time when idles starts. I oiled the piston, cleaned etc. and set the piston coil spring stiffness, but then the idle drop returns. So let us see with this closed off bov what the situation is. Just to make sure something is still not hiding from me. Like murphy.
Chem 8)
Draco, I will take your red BOV please.
Rat's BOV spring had been cut so the valve wasnt sealing on idle, which makes the car run lean. This would deffinately cause the stalling.
Hmmmm.... stupid bov springs. May be I must stretch the spring to get more stiffness. NO, no, I need a new BOV thank you.
Chem 8)
GET A SEQUENTIAL BOV.
I have the XCell one from Autostyle, great BOV.
