save more, i have seen a sx or two between R30k - R35k

vveecee14 Oct 2008, 10:20

hell i'm struggling to get rid of my sx.

who knows - maybe you can twist my arm for 50k.

maybe if i still have it next year - 40k!!!

DDracomoderator14 Oct 2008, 10:27

Well it seems fate has stepped in, the guy is not willing to sell for that price anymore....

and guys....Charl, thanks for the advice, I have shopped...for a while, these were the best I could find to soot my needs....those wise words is wise but everything has a flip side "haastige hond verbrand sy mond" and the flip side "you snooze you looooooooze".

The thing about most sx's...wheteher you buy one for 50k or 30k....chances are you will rebuild it in 3 months of buying it.....in most cases.....but I will keep on searching.....apart from a sx, I would love a nice V8 something......

I am also talking to a guy, busy with a bmw E30 with 2jz twin turbo engin, management and all, but not finished....will see when it's finished 4 25k.

As soon as I have 50k or 40k...which will be in a few years unless I win lotto, I'll start twisting...till then, good luck buddy!!

fwd... still goes! on par with stock sx in speed performance and driveability...

GGary5714 Oct 2008, 10:57

I bet around a track the prelude will be quicker than a SX, stock vs stock. It was said to be the best handling FWD car in the world at one stage.

DDracomoderator14 Oct 2008, 10:58

dammmmmm!!!!....can get one of those 4 25k...wil look at it...
