got a update... Got the ZR up and running again! Yay this time im hoping it would last. Ajusa headgasket, ARP studs, and decent torque of headbolts.
Still running on 0.7bar boost.. will put the boost controller in this weekend and play around to bout 1.0bar boost 🙂
Tempretures are much better boosting going to 90degrees celcius and cooling down again.
Will take some pictures of interior this weekend once controller is fitted...

since the 7m only lasted this time 2weeks again.. think its time to pull the motor and open it again. noticed a small water leak found that the block has cracked on the side of the cylinders after pushing out the welsh plug today 😈
