just have an aluminium one made, put a level indicator on the side (like some of the oil catch tanks) and polish it till its nice'n'shiny!!!
Where from Vc? More detail, not so criptic.... price, place etc.

design it yourself.
then go get aluminium.
cut it out.
then go have it welded.
by some metal polish and go nuts - those round discs of material that fit onto drills work quite well. check hardware places like builders whorehouse.
have a nice cap made, or install something like a radiator cap if you'd like.
get those "push" fittings (not sure where, but a friend can get) and a little clear plastic tube.
install it, and...
BAM...
nice shiny aluminium tank.
BAM!

if you dont do the other bits then you wont get a nice shiny aluminium tank, all you'll get is:

Hmmmm.. I asked for more details and surely got them fully now. Although I am a front yard mechanic(since joining this Forum and my garage facing the street), I am still not a welder 😮 😮 🙄 🙄 😂 😂 😳 😳
yeah - i'm not a welder either unfortunately. i would love to be able to weld.
maybe i should take a welding course or something, but that aluminium tig welding looks very difficult. perhaps better to let the pro's do it.
and i think the welder that can do that thing (like tig or whatever) costs a blerrie fortune
hows about brazing - will that work on aluminium?
I CAN GET LOTS AND LOTS OF ALU!!!
