The only thing that really differs is the injector plugs... but thats a quick fix.

@Poizen: wtf are you getting all worked up about.

I am keen on the ecu. Just not sure if it will work on my std CA setup.

I did call Brendan and he was the one who said that I should make some enquiries about it before buying it. He was actually very honest. before speaking to him, I was hellbent on picking up the ecu.

I think that that's quite sensible seeing as some people on this forum sell stuff that are in a condition far from what they say it is (like 1 x t25 turbo that I purchased - remember?)

FFastlane05 Oct 2010, 11:34

@Brendan : I am still keen on the Gotech. Just haven't had the chance to speak to the guy that will be installing it, like you said I should.

A) you never told me anything
B) it worked great on my sx
C) its been like a year since you have had it
D)im no expert on turbos i remember telling you to have it checked out if its crap ill refund you

D)but you kept your silence and normaly no news is good news

sorry for hijack brendan

and yes it will work fine on ca not a problem just change one or 2 wires or rewire it into your stock loom

Rieks! i'll give you my old SR TB for a SR20 TPS!!!!

+ .. bought this abroad.. but dont need it.
It's a Aftermarket fuel pressure regulator adapter. It connects to your standard fuel rail. .. offers... or swop for a SR20 TPS

GGameBoy11 Oct 2010, 11:14

Will that FPR adapter work on a CA18DET? If so, how much looking to get for it?

ppoizenmoderator11 Oct 2010, 11:24

yes it will game boy

GGameBoy11 Oct 2010, 14:33

Sweet. My buddy has the standard FPR & well as a aftermarket FPR and it is causing crap. Fp is all over the place. So either he can get this or the Nismo FPR that fits on the rail.

ppoizenmoderator11 Oct 2010, 14:54

get this why waste money on a nismo when you have a aftermarket one already

silly running both just messing you around

GGameBoy11 Oct 2010, 17:27

yep, my buddy got his SX already setup with a TD04, FMIC, BOV & whole lot of problems. I'm trying to help him sort it out. So far we had a button clutch fitted & 450cc injectors. I have sorted out the fuel lines, vacuum lines and fitted a boost gauge & FP gauge. We are getting there. Once the FP is sorted we can look at management (unichip or dicktator).

*sorry for hijack*

DDriftZ12 Oct 2010, 09:17

PS: while you guys were talking money came and took it walking.. sorry GameBoy

GGameBoy12 Oct 2010, 09:45

Nooooooooooooooooo!!!!! 🙁

Do you know where I can order one or have 1 made up?

DDriftZ12 Oct 2010, 13:30

got mine in Malaysia, but it was a 'generic' part so a proper speed shop should have it, especialy if they sell after market FPR's ...
