Yes Jason they did, I could hear knock when I increased timing, as I said, the only thing making it difficult is if you driving with it on and concentrate on the road and what you hearing, the ideal thing would be to let someone drive the car while you listen and make adjustments...or on a dyna where you won't need to worry about traffic or keeping the car on the road.

kwl thanks were did you bolt it to? where the knock sensor goes?

DDracomoderator27 Aug 2014, 14:35

If I remember correctly I bolted it as far down on the intake mani as possible purely to make it easy to bolt on and off without much hassle but where the knock sensor goes would work yes.

DDracomoderator27 Aug 2014, 14:48

That is if you have the jap(8 port) block, the euro spec does not have the knock sensor to my knowledge.

EEnzio27 Aug 2014, 18:55

They all have knock sensors

R450 for a open day is it? To high for me...if I could afford it I still need the following:
Brakes conducive for the track, upgraded cooling, suspension, bracing and rubber x 4

The only track my car will see for now is the drag track....and that is if it's the cheap/free days.

A lot can happen over a weekend 😂
