Dropped the subframe in order to do long over due bush replacement. Looks like I'll be replacing the wheel bearing as well

Got the my stuff back from the powder coaters, minus one washer. 😈

Then I thought, while I'm at it lets check out the diff.

Hey Charl...good job with the rear end. I need to do the same on the 300. I need to replace all the bushes as well, were any of them a bugger to remove, I know one of them has sleeve which does not come with the energy kit...I think? Did you have to burn out any of them?
Whats the going rate to powder coat all those parts.
Looks good I must say.

Hey Tony
All of them were kak to get out
I pressed them out but you still need to cut out a sleeve here and there.
Powder coating were R450.

I am dreading doing that job, I dont have a press so I will burn the rubber bush out, will definately have to powder coat after the heat treatment to prevent rust.
So whats next on your build, why you opened up the diff....was it faulty or you just wanted to whats inside...ha ha ha. 🙂
