Ahhh miller. I used 1 at my old work.. What a machine!!

Sooo, been playing all day ......and yet the turbo line still cooks and sputters ! I am now starting to believe the i.d. of the lines I`m using is perhaps too small. 6mm.
It does circulate when hot, took the pipes off and checked, constant flow. I believe it may just need more volume..

and while I was busy programming again, I fitted the 700cc injectors and am now running at ??....1.5 bar boost ! fcukapples ! She is strong !!
I can now for the first time really feel how the GT3582R works...

Went to buy an Gopro 3 on Saturday but they only had the white with no accessories for stupid money !
I have asked Rezlo for one but Ill see if he is talking to me yet.. 😉 Asked for one a few months back but he did not reply.

Here she was running at 0.7 bar boost. Was very nice and drivable.

Chris`s GTr was no problem on the day.. 8)

What the additional power has done is made me aware of the suspension stuff I have in the car. It has survived a track day and some hooligan stuff but It squirms under your butt when you pull full power acceleration.
I need to remove it all and inspect the suspension stuff. Make sure if you kn :!: ow what I mean..

Spent today making rails for the Sparco seat. Sh*t ! What a job.
But then I am also to blame, you can probably tow a bulldozer with these ! That`s fine, no getting hurt if I fall off..

I`m also probably fitting a half cage shortly. You play race driver with slicks, shit can go wrong very very quickly !

Update.
Managed to buy a rad cap without any gubbuns in it, no spring and stuff. Just what I was looking for as I have changed my cooling system to a fully bled header tank system.
Works great , so why did my car get hot on the test drive? Said rad cap is a piece of chinky shit !!! Make s me crazy ! It tore the "rubber" seal as I put it on, thats how k*k they make these things today !
So stuff it, I grabbed a piece of ally and quickly machined a bung with a proper "o" ring for the radiator. Works a treat ! Simply used a worm clamp with bent over sides to hold it, no probs. Now my temps do not go over 82 deg C on the open road and when I start pushing her , no more than 85. Just what I wanted.
In stop go traffic it will go up to 90 deg C before the fan pulls in, if I was still running the viscous and fan she would stay at 82..Im happy with her.

Having taken the pic today I see that I need to notch the clamp on one side. These posts are more useful than what I thought.. 😉

Cheers Ades, yes, very nice little engine. I have toned it down a bit as getting consistent fueling at all conditions at that boost level is rather difficult. My knock sensor was occasionally telling me to back out.
You run there all the time you will break the engine.
So were back down to 0.8bar for now, especially in this heat we`re experiencing in Joburg ! Damn, it`s friggin hot !

I want to setup my meth inj as well, its been in the car all along but I have not utilized it yet.
