We did some work last night, started with the front bumper.
Allot of work will go into this as we want to force all of the air straight to the intercooler.

Got the block back from engineering shop, Darton sleeves (90mm) installed and ready to rock!

Front bumper is getting some treatment, making sure all air directed through the 100mm thick intercooler! 😮
This picture is just showing the making of the prop of what the mould will get made from. So its still very rough and needs a few more hours of work, but you get the basic idea.
Cant believe how aggresive this car is going to look! All of it is not to my taste (but its growing on me fast), however it does look very aggresive and all of the mods is very functional, every single part plays a important roll and has a certain function, nothing is done because it just look "lekke".
Cant wait for this car to be finished......

Ok, the mould for the front bumper is done and dusted. It came out very well and we are looking forward to see the first bumper to come out of it.
Last two images shows you the final mould that will be used to make the bumper.
