Almost there. Sander gave in... So will pick up a new one tomorrow and finish up.
This will be the template, it will be sprayed black before the moulds are pulled.

From the pics that you posted last it is looking nice so far
Its actually almosr done, just cleaning up the certain areas and smoothing out the pinholes and I hate sanding.
