SS O2 Bungs

I'm going to have some SS bungs cut.

True but where do you find them in stainless?

Any suggested lengths?
I thought to make it 13mm long as that is the most common length but then I had a look at one I got from innovate and its 25mm long.
What do you guys think?

I got the AEM one and its about 50mm.
