Wierd noise need help

I have a clucking noise coming from the front left when I apply brakes , it is as if something is moving forward , but nothing is.The wheel also moves a bit when I brake.There is also a ticking noise when I move the steering wheel from left to right quickly like shake it
Please help guys im racing soon and I need to get this car right

check if everything is tight but does sound like a worn bush on one of th suspension parts

Check all your suspension mounting, steering links and wheel bearings.

If the wheel "moves" I would suggest you stop driving the car immediately until you find the cause

The wheel only moves a bit under braking and only once so when I apply brakes I hear it clunking.I was told it was my lower control arm bushes and my cv boot

I was just checking if it could be something else

I would just replace all the bushes with poly.
