Does anyone have a copy of the stock ignition map, maybe a printout or something. I would like to know what timing the CA18DET ran stock at a few load sites.
Standard ignition/timing map - CA18DET
is this to help with my car?
is this to help with my car?
If it is will you find it for me?? 😂
Na its not, your car is running real nicely.
i dont think this is going to be easy to find!
I have the shipping map from Wolf but it looks far to conservative, I think its more of a base map (rich and retarted).

Yeah I read it after I posted it and is pretty funny.
Gary, google "ca18 ecu"
There are a few people burning new rom chips for the standard ecu, a couple of these sites have the standard maps available to download in .bin format.
It also looks like there are a couple freeware programs there (romeditor I think the one is called) that will allow you to view the maps, not sure if they show the figures or only the 3d map, I haven't downloaded any of the programs or files myself.
www.nistune.com looks very nice hey!
i would help i have the workshop manual for the s13 but i went to look and some one had stolen those very pages out my manual
The workshop amnual does not have the timing map in it.
unless he has that special uber edition workshop manual written for the people in the "tuning" orifice at nissan!!!???
it is i got it off a guy that did his trade on the 200sx it has every thing you need to know in it its like gold to me
well then...
are you going to share???
like i said that section was torn out i think it more like a diamond the guy didnt wanna get rid off but anything else just ask
I have the original Nissan ECU ROM in bin format. I also have some ROM editors so you can read/edit the map if you like. Let me know if you want it. But I might only be able to get it to you after I get back from India. In the meanwhile you can search Google, it's out there...
Yeah Toby that would be great. I would like to be able to see the ignition map, even in PDF or what have you.
I have the service manual book, there is no reason for a mechanic to know the ignition map nor fuel map so still cant see why he have had it.
