Hell get yourself a scoot or something for work. Bajaj Pulsar 180cc gets over 30km/litre and it only costs like R15k brand new. Top speed around 110km/h.
Else buy second hand and get something bigger if that's what you need.
Cause honestly if you sell what will you replace it with? A fuel saver isn't gonna give you any sort of satisfaction on the week end at all.

Do you travel highway or robot to robot stuff? If robot to robot then get the Bajaj Pulsar dude. It's the ultimate commuter and doesn't look like a delivery bike. Looks more like a small SV rather. And they finance them for you - I think it works out to R430 a month or something... And R69pm for insurance. 😉
If you do highway only then maybe get a Hyosung GT650R - can be had seocnd hand for about R30-R35k.
