Got the screen fitted inclusive of vat for R1000. Its a locally manufactured screen with a SABS mark on it, tinted at the top and fitted perfectly. It is shatterproof as it is law that all screens sold in SA must be shatterproof. Took about an hour to fit, most of the time take to remove the old one. They are on the east rand near east rand shopping mall called BSG glass, 011 9187960.

wwidowmaker14 Jul 2008, 07:23

did they say for what car the screen was really made for?

HHotstuff14 Jul 2008, 07:46

Nice one antman... Also did u at least manage to get a part number????

I think these details should be added into the parts register here on the forum.

aantman14 Jul 2008, 07:51

Hey Hotstuff, I should have done that, but anyway at least we have a supplier at a good price. I will add it to Vlades parts list.

HHotstuff14 Jul 2008, 08:01

Coolstuf... also maybe just check your invoice/reciept for product codes to give to Vlade.

Thanks.
