What is the compressor a/r and what is the turbine a/r thanx
Std turbo specs on 200 sx
.46 compressor
.64 exhuast...
Thanx man i got a turbo its compressor side is .48 and its turbine is 0.38 it bolts straight onto the std manifold for the ca18det will it work on n ca18de motor to boost 0.4 bar or is it going to kick in to early or what?
Well you'll have power from low down... but won't have any top end... it will work but ja... nice for town driving! hehe but ja.. .38 sound very small.
yeah and on a DE motor you'll want the boost to come in later... since its got the grunt down below...
Correction:
CA18DET T25
.48 compressor and .49 exhaust in stock form only the T25g off a SR20DET had a .64A/R

ok ok!! my bad... the turbo was dirty ok.... its .48
Ok so my compessor side is the same size as the t2.5 just the exhaust side is very small
Think .38 is too small, you might lose more than what you gain. Very early, short power band with no top end, and possable boost creap because off the small housing, unless u have a big ext wastegate.
