hey guys i bought a boost control from speed shop with the t piece that go between your turbo and actuator but with the bleed vaulve full closed im still getting 1bar boost wow feels great but i made one injector leak so i took it out and back to 0.6bar and injector not leaking but why does it go to 1bar mayb even more
surly it shoulndt do that

Is that shitty T piece on the correct way??

yes it is i think it is that the t piece has a small hole in it where the ball sits to seal vacum

but it takes over 1 bar to activate actuator
but the ca could handle 1bar was no splutter but i gone back to standard till i sort out it not going over 1 bar

thanks donny i found that diagram the person i got the boost controll said it boosts to 1.5bar then returns to lets say 0.6 std

the prob is that the lil ball inside doesnt release itself at 5.5bar but at 0.1bar the reason why you getting 1.5bar is the design flaw i saw in it there is a lil hole where the ball sits so that the turbo cant suck a vacume from the vented line and the hole is like a 3mm id hole so you getting such restriction on the flow to the acutator

what i did it toss the t piece awy and join the main control barb to turbo and other to wastegate and instead of turnning to the direction of the - to lower boost it now increases boost so the controll is in reverse i hope this makes sense

What management are you running? I might have a kick ass solution for you, and it'll bring down the lag as well!

how will you bring down the lag

That's a pity, the system i'm referring to relies on the GPO function on an after market management.

yea im std not for long tho but it makes me wonder how can my car run 1bar and run well

It's funny, but mine did the same, it only cuts out at 1.1 barr... i just figured it was the previous owner that mucked around! check if your EPROM is slotted, that will tell you.

what you mean slotted ive opend it but it looks std

It not all about boost pressure hey. Flow counts more for making power. Like my 13G maxed out the stock injectors at about 0.7bar.

ppoizenmoderator04 Aug 2009, 14:30

well im running the t25g i used to get boost cut at 0.7 but now i went to 1bar only getting boost cut at 1.1 bar good thing i stoped and saw the injector leaking so i turned it back to 0.65-0.7bar and it amazing it sticking there not soiking at 0.7 and coasting to 0.5 it sex on wheels really

If you open the ECU the main EPROM chip should be soldered in, but if it's socketed it would mean it's been tampered with.
This was very popular before the "stand-alone" management took over.
I did it with mine! Works Great!
