T25 Turbo Ball Bearing Cores availability?

Guys, anyone know if ball bearing cores (CHRA) are available for the Garret T25 type turbos here in SA?

There is chap here in zimbabwe that specializes in these types of questions used to work for turbo dynamics in the uk.
Some very reasonable pricing and good delivery time.
