i wouldnt do anything on a guess.

go check the part numbers dude!

or better yet - go have them flow tested on a bench. and you might as well have them sonically cleaned while you have them out!

will di that

If the injectors have grey tips then they have been changed. Dislexx has some 550cc's in and I think they are grey.

The 370cc injectors have purple tips.
Normal 200STI/GXI injectors have red tips 259cc.

The Grey could also be off a primera!! (259cc) which would be a problem I'd think for a turbo car.

I dunno what the GTI-R injectors look like, but I belive they're in the 400cc range.

I would not trust anything by color/numbers hear there is lekker gemors going around where some guys are selling stock injectors that have "made" bigger

SSokar24 May 2007, 17:33

You're all on the wrong track, my injectors were stock!

i also think that trying to guess by colour is dodgy! arent there part numbers???

also you can tell if something has been "fiddled" usually!

take them out - have them flow tested!

wwidowmaker25 May 2007, 07:29

and check if they have the hamburger-stamp on them
