Does it have the VVT sprocket and is it quiet?
Does it have the cams and are they in good nick?
Does it have the throttle body still?

how bad is the bearing knock? is the crank need to be cut?

Not sure hey motor has not been opened yet but you can when he drove it was a brearing knock
