yeah rather shelf your car without the turbo or make it NA for the time being. Save your money then until you can buy the ball bearing turbo for 10k. - suppose it depends on how much you want to spend. And if you'll need to save whether you are happy to park the car till you can buy the ball bearing one.

Would fit a TB28 to nothing bigger than a CA think it is too small on SR for example - I had one and it was too small.

T28BB too small? i guess you have never see a stock SR with stock T28BB making 400hp

ummm was refering to the TB28 he was asking about. And it aint no BB T28. I measured my TB28 I owned and had on my SR and the exhaust wheel is smaller, the intake wheel is smaller and after not getting the boost past 0.5bar I locked the gate closed, took the engine slowly to 5000rpm and nailed it. The boost actually only went to 0.45bar.

So a TB28 is too small for a SR. However Charl has a TB28 on his CA and apparently he was quite happy with it.
