THE MONSTER
This is how the car looked when my buddy bought it.

Of to the spray painters....

The finishing project.

So here the engine transplant happened.
Shane’s old car was stripped of its motor and sold to my buddy.
So this car is waiting for a RB26DET next project!!!

Many was repaired and coated

Engine was cleaned resprayed and polished to fit new owners taste and car.
Small repairs to some old parts,

Ready to go in.

Some prepping and cleaning before fitment.

Motor in.

Fans fitted

Gauge pod in the making

Water meth tempery fitted.

Using standard boost sensor for bringing in water meth.

End result!

Aircon is in and working as is the heater.

Some pics of engine bay.

ABS still in and working.

Pics under and around and in car.

Hi boost low boost switch.

2months of late nights and hard work but at the end it is it all worth it. Big smile on buddy’s face.
Some small miner things to sort out and I can give you guys some power figures.
Hope you guys like.

Very , very nice bud . Like a lot of things you guys did including keeping the air con and abs working. I see it a genuine S.A. car sold by Nissan despite the other thing OR you changed the steering wheel covers !
The exhaust manifold is crap. Don't mean this personally, but mine cracked 4 times in three months, eventually I went stock cast . Best thing I did .
Free horsepower here. Change the small little diverging intake before the throttle body. I picked up tons by doing this.

Hay man thanx. Yes i know this one has cracked twice. Cool man will look at it but it must stay like this for now he spent a lot getting it like it is.

What exhaust manifold is that? Is that ceramic coating on it?

Looks very neat, well done.
