yeah freddy looks good man, but why didnt you ask me for my engine crane???
VC, thanks again for crane , but situation like this:
1.Space in garage wont do.
2.I prepare for future use, block and tackle easy.
But thanks again. Appreciated. 8)

whats going to cover the green aircon, and the pink alternator???
I don't think that thing will leak there, you talking about the sump? I helped seal that pooka hence all the sealant
ALTERNATOR OVERHAULED:
Bigger bearing replaced:

Smaller stator bearing replaced:

Brushes hold back with a thin piece of wire. It took me some time to catch up to manual how to to this??? 🙄 🙄 🙄

Green. goodness. Well I like a nice green. 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄
Ja I like the T28 idea... ummm Rezlo is selling some used ball bearing units... Price wasn't bad... but again dealing with him is like taking a cat for a bath.

some might prefer the cat route, but then again, you could always buy product from some of his associated peeps!
and chemcool, i knew overhauling an alternator wasnt so hard!!! if i gave you a set of new "complicated" internal electronics, how difficult do you think it would be to swap them out???

Electronics is my baby. My forte( but our club president is better). CA18 DET rebuilt is out of my range. But I tell you-- this rebuilt story is the one never going to be out of my mind for years. But I have to mentioned that knowing there is wisdom around you, like club pimps, club presidents and moderators and administrators, makes the dream come real. Thanks to all. Must admit I do experience some butterflies the closer it comes to the swop! Which I always said is a good thing. It will be now or never.
I said it before. In 1991. When the engine compartment was open I use to say:"you cant work on this engine. To complicated".
1991
