Yip, has done some good business with Ero Sennin 8)

No probs thanks you. Hand made locally by Cheetah.

Why Phinx? Can you tell more. I always thought defussed(difused what ever) is good because the waste gate gasses seperates from the exhaust side. 🙄
Never mind: old story: to much schools on this again. 🙄 🙄

The windscreen washer bottle removed and cleaned. The led display inside cabin on dash not illuminating when bottle is empty. . I checked th float switch with the assistance of an avo meter and seems the moving iron/magnet inside was stucked. Hope it is ok now

Also fitted nozzle for water/meth use.

A water/meth injector: made localy by Chemcool. Chem 8)

A little big headed mannetjie (like a pawn on chess board) doing the function of a turbo boost controller. Take note it is also in a nice aliminium red. And the feed pipes too 😉

Ah ha! AFM cleaned and painted aliminium / silver. Ready to replace old unit.

Not that ready yet, just hanging there for pic purposes 😂

This lucky packet coming on. But the butterflies also starting to fly in my stomach
🙄

Son # 2 busy overhauling another CAS. Thanks Jandre.

looking good there.
gees, i'mjust a little jealous of that turbo!!!
very nice!
That looks very good mr chemical...and your son....genius 😉
Tats some awsome work u gays are doing there i just dont wane know wat it has cost so far may just a :200sx_shit: :200sx_shit: :200sx_shit: :200sx_shit: :200sx_shit: :200sx_shit: load of money
Freddie where did you get that silicone hoses from?? I have the same sort of the except mine is going from the shock pillar (where my boost controller is mounted) to the actuator. And the silicone hose goes like brittle and hard and eventually goes flat and cause boost spikes.
Looking good Freddie, let me know when its all done would like to take a look and discuss a few things with you.
@Gary=silicone pipies from boys for toys in sunnyside Pta. Try Autostyle Gary. You get them yellow, blue and red.Different diameters etc.
Thanks so far. Ero you welcome. pop in some time.I think the engine must
come in this weekend. Still need turbo flench, some belt to pull engine on block and tackle.Cleaning material.,

Today, my s13 decided to quit. Not the bearing knock, just dropped in revs down to 400 and would not idle then. Drove home with full throttle to keep the engine going. Changed sparkplugs and all 4 x coils. Nothing.
Changed the CAS, nada. Boost leak??? Cant seem to find it if any?
Injectors all 4 x injector relays active when CAS shaft is turned.
Feul is pumping nicely to the stock fpr. Engine like running on 3 cylinders.
Boost looks good on boost meter. Terrible leak between local made downpipe and turbo exhaust housing. Plan was to rectify that with motor swop. Draco and me feel that the latter cant be the problem. no smoke out of exhaust. Dont know about AFM? I just dont really need this before the engine swop!!!! 😈 😈 😈 Which must be this coming weekend. 🙄
Coil maybe? Like you said, running on 3 cylinders, so maybe coil, spark plug, or loose electrical connection. Unplug each coil one-by=one to see which cylinder it is, then swap it's coil with another to see if problem moves with coil.
BTW, I'd like to come have a look-in when you do the engine swop on Saturday... let me know when 🙂
