Shocks vs fully adjustable setup

hey guys the shocks on my baby are shot, they pissing oil all over the show so was just wondering what a new set of shocks go for for the 200sx?? and what the differance is between replacing the shocks and just going full bore and replacing everything with a fully adjustabe setup?? anyone know?? 😉

I have Koni adjustable dampers. They work great but unless you are going to put it on a track you never use the adjustment. If got lots of money go for coilovers, millions of settings the normal guy on the street would never use.

What did the coil overs set you back?? 😉

It was George who said somewhere that it was R6500 for the locally made coilovers i saw in the SNS.

i heard it was something like 2k per standard shock. not sure, sounds rough 😮

if u have the funds go for coilovers. otherwize you could go to autozone and let them order for u. i did mine last month. they costed R3400 for all 4 and R700 to fit.

Guys i went around yesterday and went to speedy, supaquick, koenic for a price on shocks for the 200sx but they all didnt find it in there catalog and phoned the supliers and the supliers told them sorry dealer only!! so i took my baby over to nissan boksburg were they know me well by now for all the parts they have to get for me!! the guy climbed on his computer and started pulling his face, after witch i asked him "i know its like R1800- R2000 a shock" after shaking his head he said "more like R2500 a shock" but he will see what he can do for me!! after like tinkering around for like 15min he said the best he can do for me is R9000 for all four!! at this point i started to laugh 😛 and told the guy that i can get a complete adjustble coil over kit for like R6500!! so does any one else know where i can get shocks thats not gonna shock the sh!t out of my wallet?? 😛

Take 1 out an go and match it at midas/ autozone, you should know by now catelogs whitch show parts for a 200sx is as scares as a freaken hot chick that has abselutely no issues,are funny,fun, relyeble, very sexual and looks like Demi Moore when she was in her prime, she has only eyes for you and can't get enough of you 😂

Go to a parts place like Spares Link or what ever and ask them for those shocks, if they don't source the above makes find out what make they can source look up the part numbers on google... Fit them your self its lank easy, just take the car to get aligned...
