Drifting @ The Rock Raceway 7 feb 2009

Hi Guys,

Just to let you know that there will be drifting on the 7 February 2009 @ The Rock Raceway!!!

Any gymkhana?

No Gymkhana, the guys will have their own race days now. The next Gymkhana will be on the 22 February, they will be introducing a new event called SPEEDKHANA... which involves a serious layout of cones and gets points for individual times by the drivers... there will also be (show & shine) as well as a sound off on Gymkhana days.

What is entrance fee and how long do you expect the drifting to last?

The gates will open at 3PM to public and the drifters can practice from 3:30 PM. Drifters will also be trying their hands on the Speedkhana course in the afternoon.
Racing will start proper at 6Pm.
Entry to the circuit:

Adults R40

Children R20

Embankment Parking R40 per car only.
Entry for M.A.G.P sound off R40 for the day.

Should carry on till about 10 roundbouts

no, this apply's to 7 Feb only, i will post the times and info for the 22nd closer to the event 🙂

Binxie, and if Freddie rocks up there at the rock with his Bike, will he have to pay the same amount of R40-00 for the embankment parking?? 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 😂 😂 😂

I am going to be there at the Rock, and will ask Jandre to fit and turn another set of spacers. Sorry, we have to up the price to R100 bokke, Those bolts ended up being close to R10-00, and we need four in a set. Who said something about steel prices?

I am always there. The event was the coolest. The first time i was a spectator. Sippen on gin and juice! watchen sum sick mooves on the track. Charel went the fastest i ever saw him go.... ever!! Mad fast. Otto smashed one and then drove the 19"s off his other one. Flo was so fast that all i could see was smoke... and Sean won in his ss without supercharger and gas!!! Tim almost got past Sean 3 times on one lap.... the action was MAD. there was a guy in a box shape beemer. He is just beginning and i think he has alot of scope! Jean was on form even tho his car had a coil that was packing up. Bruno AKA Mr consistent is always on form! Jonathan didnt drive. pity. love seeing when he drives. Those that didnt make it, Good news there is one on the first Saturday of every month. My goal is to have my car ready for next month. If any one knows some one or someway to ship cheaper or knows of a container coming soon from japan. I just needs me some front lights. The price for the lights $100. The price for the shipping.... $100. So please help!!!!!Please Im begging 🙄
