why am i going to break it

good news i got 2 opel sensors for water and air sweet going for dyno on monday

RRudeBoy16 Oct 2010, 18:30

wouldn't bother with the idle control, waste of time... blank it of and set idle on throtle body

you already figured to use the opel sensors (i have mentioned this here before - in powder thread) - but air temp correction i never bother with

dont have a map for ca18, i do for sr20... but you must remember to match your timing regardless of where you get a start up map from
(set trigger angle so timing value displayed on laptop, match actual timing light value)

ppoizenmoderator16 Oct 2010, 19:37

thanks for the help rudeboy knew could count on you for help

170kw @ the wheels? What boost?

You using your big injectors?

ppoizenmoderator21 Oct 2010, 09:14

o.85bar boost std injectors aftermarket fpr set to 2.5bar with vacuum and walbro pump

nn1smo200sx21 Oct 2010, 09:41

I think maybe its flywheel power, stock injectors can't go that far IMO.
My SR on stock injectors, walbro made 162rwkw on 100% cycle with bigger turbo on 0.6bar.

If it did that power than the FP must very high.
Also that is on a stock turbo which is unlikely.
