Hey guys.... What the hell does the little red button on the right hand side which you can switch on and off do??? Asking because mine seems to do NOTHING!

Thought it was just the old owner of my car that fitted the switch but now I see one on gumtree with the exact same switch... Here is the link

i have never seen hat in my life on any sx have no idea try follow the wires

That isn't standard from the factory so the previous owner must have fitted it for something else....check the front of your car for nightrider headlights 😂
Just thought its weird that it's in the exact same location and it's the exact same button.... Found a spark plug attached to the old exhaust so I think he might have been using it as a flame thrower or something.... Ether way very coincidental.

well its a turbo car no need to add a fake fire starter on mayb the guy selling that other sx was yours prev owner hahaha
That steering wheel looks almost identical to mine with the flaking etc...Gona phone home and check if mine is still standing in the garage or some care tuning mechanic thief pounced during the night... fixed the engine and attached a wing.... never know 🙂
With that wing and all it is probably his
"Turbo Boost" button. I believed there would be a watch in the clove box which doubles as a two way radio between you and KID ,i mean the car.
Might be the voice command button... Will try screaming at it when I get home 🙂
German spec cars had height adjusting headlights. But don't think the switch would have looked so much different to OEM.

Could be the VTEC switch. Watch out for when it kicks in. 😂

DANG, wish I had 40K now, that SX is neat, n da button looks funky too 🙂 he he....
Cuz, trace the wires from the button and see where they go, if they go nowhere, make them go somwhere, atleast then u will know for sure...... Would be interesting to know where it actually does go......
Traced it last night..... It was for the flame thrower at the back.... Where too can I wire it so that it actually does something? Was thinking of re-using the old lights motor too make a number plate flipper....
