he said something about 80 000 weight oil that you put in there you can get from a hobby shop they use it for RC
cars

the last pic i want to put on it sais its too big but it shows how to weld the basket closed again without warming the oil he also said that there is about 50 of these plates inside and you have to mark them as you take them out.

there must be another way to post the pics cause there is 10 all together i think but they are too big

SSonOfAnarchy ZAadmin13 May 2013, 14:46

upload to Photobucket then copy the forum code and paste it in a reply

rrobldepo13 May 2013, 14:50

dude i work on lathes milling machines and welders thats the limit of my knolladge lol i cant remember how to do all that but will try

rrobldepo13 May 2013, 14:59

the whole story goes something like this

first you take out the clutch basket then on a lathe you can part the "lid" off at the seem then you take all 50 or so plates out but you have to mark them cause they must overlap each other in a certain way after you have cleaned everything you put them all back one by one and between each one you have to put a tablespoon of the 80 000 weight oil and when you have six plates left you stop with the oil, the you put the hole basket in a bucket of water almost fully submerged so the the water cools down the basket as you stichweld the lid back on until its welded all the way around then you just put it back in the lathe and machine the access welding of, i'm going to try it as soon as i have a spare diff that i can stripp.

i am busy with my photobucket account so when thats done i will post the pics in order
